In case you are in the Fonasa system (Chilean National Health Fund), you should reach out to Fonasa. In case the medical leave belongs to Mutual Insurance Company, you reach out to said agency.

Default payment method is Servipago via Banco de Chile Bank’s promissory note. If you need to change your payment method, you must notify the corresponding supervisor.

If the letter is not personally signed, it will be sent by certified mail to the employee's home address.
