When are severance payments made?

How are severance payments made?

By check once the Severance agreement is legalized.

Where can I call for the payment of medical leaves?

If you are in the Isapre system (Chilean Health Plan), you should reach out the corresponding agency of said Isapre. In case you are in the Fonasa system (Chilean National Health Fund), you should reach out to Fonasa. In case the medical leave belongs to Mutual Insurance Company, you reach out to said agency.

 

 

Which compensation fund are we affiliated with?

We are associated with Caja Los Andes’ Compensation Fund.

Where can I carry out the procedure of Fonasa and family allowance?

In our offices located at Almirante Pastene 244, Providencia, off. 2.

What is the payment method for my salary?

 

Default payment method is Servipago via Banco de Chile Bank’s promissory note. If you need to change your payment method, you must notify the corresponding supervisor.

What should I do for the parental leave process?

You have to come to our offices and submit your parental postnatal certificate. The company will then submit it to the appropriate agency.

Why isn't my salary reflected in my severance settlement

All salary-related expenses are settled through the payroll. The Severance payment includes proportional vacation pay and settlement pay, as applicable.

When is the monthly salary paid?

The last business day of each month.

When are Advances paid?

The 15th of each month.

What is a payroll adjustment?

It is the payment made after the end of the month to settle  any outstanding compensation

Until what date are overtime and corresponding bonuses calculated?

You should coordinate this with your Operations supervisor.

Where can I contact my supervisor?

In all cost centers and client operations, there is a designated person who must be known by all employees. If you do not know them, you can call 23463000 or send an email to operaciones@grupoexpro.com.

What should I do to resign?

Notify the corresponding Supervisor and submit the Certified Resignation Letter to central offices.


What happens if I do not sign the termination letter?

If the letter is not personally signed, it will be sent by certified mail to the employee's home address.

If I work less than 30 days, am I entitled to a Severance payment?

 

very employment relationship must end with a severance agreement. Some agreements include payments, while others may reflect a zero balance, depending on the length of employment.
